Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Prepare Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@shahzebahmad.com with details of the defect or damage, along with your order number. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Customized or personalized items
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
